Age limit of JK Police Constable :

JKSSB declared Age Limit of Candidates for Police Constable Recruitment 2024. You are requested to read carefully for detail information of age limit.

Age Limit – As On : 01-01-2024

Age Limit : 18 – 28 Years
Extra Age As Per Rules .

Physical Standard Test (PST) :
Height	Male	5′ 6” (Minimum)
	Female	5′ 2” (Minimum)
Chest	Male	32” (Unexpanded)
		33.5 ” (Expanded)
Relaxation in Physical Standard : For the candidates belonging to the Gorkha Community and Bot Tribe, the minimum height shall be relaxable by 2”.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :
Male	Long Race	1600 Meters in 6 Minutes 30 Second
Male	Pushups	20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as One)
Female	Long Race	1000 Meters in 6 Minutes 30 Second
Female	Shot Put (4 Kgs)	14.5 Feet in three attempts
